Good thread. My hubby has alot of problems. I will look into the Bidet and the lime. Anyway, what has helped some is something FDA approved on Amazon called Anuice. It's a little thing you keep in the freezer and use it when it flares. Sometimes it's good enough to use one of those small soft ice packs, in a freezer bag that you can throw out, to treat externally. Hubby just tucks it against the protruding hemorroid. Sometimes warm water hand sprayer in shower helps. Other than that lots of PH wipes, pain relieving lotion, and suppositories. He has some stuff from the doc also that has cortizone (I think?). It can tend to dry them too much so he must use PH lotion at the same time. Other than that, drink a ton of water. Small hard poops are a sign of dehydration.
