They're base level and not even Kabbalists, if they were Kabbalists the "NWO" would already be here as with anything they wanted like population decrease in a moments notice.

Also, most people claim to be Kabbalists don't know jack shit. Becoming a Kabbalist involves mastery of the energetic, spiritual, and physical bodies to be able to use them to speak and work as one, something that takes more than one life time.
