Thank you. Yes... I saw that 7.0 and was looking for it for the last couple of days. The way I figure it, the whole plate tectonic world is like a jigsaw puzzle... Now that the piece has been moved on THAT plate, it allows for room for movement on the adjacent plates. Time will tell.

I DON'T KNOW ABOUT OTHER STATES BUT IN TEXAS THERE IS A BIG MOVEMENT TO SIGN LEASES FOR WATER RIGHTS AND HUGE AMOUNTS OF WATER ARE BEING PULLED OUT OF RURAL ACQUIFERS AND SHIPPED TO THE LARGER CITIES. THIS WOULD ADD TO THE VACUUM EFFECT OF THE OIL BEING PUMPED OUT.
