For years we NEVER saw Sheriff's around the NW side of Phoenix. For the last few months they're everywhere. Even in the parks where they have NO jurisdiction and the local park ranger's are pissed. They had good relations with the locals. Now the Sheriff's are going around intimidating people acting all big shot, screwing it up for the local police.
