I'm waiting. I have two high school grads working for me @ 12.50 per hour without health benefits. Just started my Emergency Preparedness business a little over a year ago. They help with my website and shipping and I eventually want to give them benefits but at this point I cannot. I dont even have health benefits at this point. But Obamacare will force me to give them benefits or pay a big fine :( Don't worry, you don't have over 25 employees. Get an LLC and you're fine. Jesus, do the research ffs before you have a meltdown. Phew. My accountant is an asshole then.
