Your an idiot. You obviously didnt read the fucking bill. It will make it so weed is taxed like crazy. There will be DUI tests and if you have THC in your system you go to jail... Yeah that means if you smoked last week you will go to jail if they test you... It will make growing it illegal. They will put shit in it like tabacco. They will make all of the weed GMO.
