this reality is not for material gain, but for spiritual gain... worry more about that and the other stuff won't matter...

and make better daily choices within this context--small choices like exercising and eating better... and treating others with respect and love... and pray to God and show that you understand why you are even here...

gain faith in the present and the future will work out fine...
