[ link to brainshavings.com] Read it your self. This is structured so that after a "few" years the fines companies would pay are LESS than the costs to insure their employees. I run my business without employees. I hire independent contractors(IC) and "sell" them the merchandise the deliver to my contracted customers. As payment for product I accept the invoices they generate at point of sale. The difference between what I charge my IC for merchandise and the invoice cost given my contracted customers becomes their "gross pay." I refer to this amount as "reimbursement for overpayment." It is on the checks for all 43 of my IC's. Are you actually producing anything? Cause resell BS does not count as a "productive" "business". Well, then I guess you don't shop at Walmart--or most anywhere for that matter if you're opposed to "resell". Yes, you are correct. I do not shop at Walmart. I earn a 6 figure salary as a software developer. Good for you! Not 6 figures by a long shot, but happy and comfortable, but still refuse to shop at Walmart. My only point was that most businesses are resell.
