Those rules do not overrule the Federal Government.

Of course, until the average citizen stand up against ALL unconstitutional acts by the Federal AND State Governments then nothing will change.

The Federal Government is in charge because they issue the money for all the States. No state will leave the Federal Reserve Banking system, so nothing changes.

washington state reporting in...

so stoked.

>voting to get high

Kind of, yes, however: I have a medical card, and have had one for a while. I don't need it to be 'legal' for me.

The issue to me, is the hundreds of thousands of otherwise innocent people in jail or prison in America for having less weed than I currently have next to me here. (3 grams).

I voted yes on I-502 because I want couragous states to throw down and fight the fed on this, and then win. I want all those people released from prison.

Shit is unjust, and must be dealt with.

Because even though med pot is legal in Cali, the feds still have their law to use against people.

Big deal. The Feds will just override the votes of the states. Or some group will sue and it will be taken before a Fed. court and denied.

Sorry chumps, the Fed is the new state, the states are just counties now...

It will become clear soon enough.

Factually/statistically speaking legalization drastically decreases drug use, its the stigma and culture that makes it popular. For more information read about Euroepan countries that legalized it and the positive effects that came with it.

God's law? Which god exactly? Oh right your God, because hes the only god that can be true, because its aaaallllll yours :D lol
Anyways, god wanted to legalize weed so he did, god wanted a weed that can be grown in almost any condition, so he made it. You think god is stupid? No, people who twist gods words are stupid. Those people run Churches and collect your money without paying taxes - frauds.

Way to go for Constitutional Law...

I hold a Canadian Federal Government Permit for Medical use.
Which is protected by the Canadian Constitution, which is "The Supreme Law of Canada"... period. "All other laws are of no force or effect...". My rights are Guaranteed under Common Law. Period. Civil/Administrative Law is of "... no force or effect if it conflicts...".

You have no Idea what it means to have that option unless you have gone through the process of using the proscribed and many times more addictive alternatives.
Read up on tylenol 3, also known as Deso-morphine. the third massively addictive extract, worse than H. or Morphine, from opium poppies. 10 years of doctor induced addictions. Can't use Advil it damages the liver.

M. is not without its side effects... but I can still function in society. I do Some rather interesting things in the spfx industry. If I'm wrong people get hurt. It's about personal responsibility.

For cancer patients its an "Absolute" god send.

Careless use of Booze and sloppy doctors kill a lot more people on a regular bases...

I have no problem with the med. issue...
I've seen it help enough people...
I can now also "Lawfully" grow for other medical users with no place to do so.
And I can do so at a very beneficial cost to those patients.
Cheaper than the dealers and the gov. and very very high quality with no chemicals.

Medical quality requires that the plant grow for a considerably longer time. Cuts the profit margin big time.

The street level supply is usually done with a 8 week growing cycle. The plant does not get any larger. No medical benefit at this stage.

Medical quality is usually a 10-14 week cycle. 2-6 weeks longer for the development of the the useful properties in the resins.

The right to choose your own medical choices is an "Absolute Right".
... and no one should be able to force treatment on you.
Weather its the right to use medical maryjane
... or have forced insurance profiting someone other than you rammed up you ass.

This is all well and good at the intellecutal level, but it's akin to the founding fathers telling King George what the colonists rights were as freemen.

The Declaration was just the beginning. It took fighting and winning a bloody war to actually make that piece of paper reality. It will take no less for states to free themselves of the Federal overlord.

The Southern states tried it in 1861 and failed. I don't think you're going to get very far in 2012 until enough states are willing to go to war with the Federal guberment. But don't worry, the Russians and Chinese will beat us to the punch as we default on our massive debt and pull the entire world into economic ruin and global war.

According to O's last term, no. He stated at the beginning of the last term he would not use the Fed to touch any med states, and then look what happened...

This will not be legalization folks, and I'm curious to see how this pans out with a recent bill passed privatizing the state prisons. The deal for passing that "bill" was that they will take over our prisons in exchange for a guaranteed 90% occupancy over 15 years... Talk about unconstitutional...

It looks like the people have forgotten that the government is there to work for them, not the other way around. It is the people that have the power, and it is their choice to either go along with being pushed and shoved by the feds or stand up and not adhere to the ruling iron fist. The power has always been the peoples, they have just forgotten it or just became complacent. A very dangerous place to be these days.

Those people who suffer from illness and pain misuse the medicine that is cannabis, they would do themselves much more benefit by ingesting the cannabinoids from the plant then smoking it, as smoking it isn't of any benefit to your respiratory system.

Alcohol is completely districting to our bodies yet it is readily available and "legal" why?? I laugh at all the people around me walking around with a poppy on them. They unwittingly are the butt of the war makers jokes, it tells me they are in favor of drug wars and humans dying for the sake of the global elite.

Ya ya they wear them as to not forget those who fought for the rights and freedoms of yesterday that those are willing to give up tommorow for the safety under man's law or big government. PATHETIC. Sad really
