It's interesting that a lot of these dreams are posted around at least three dates, although they do happen any time of year. I've seen them group around March 22 - April 6, August 22, and September 5th-ish, all in 2012.

This is more of a compilation. Warning - it's got some graphic content, that I'm not sure I agree with. But people have been tortured for religious beliefs in the past, so it could happen again. But, remember, our holiness is our salvation, and every one of God's children is holy - and every one of us is God's child!

I think some will be raptured who have not accepted Jesus Christ as their personal savior. What about wonderful, loving, generous people who have never heard of him?

I haven't really had any dreams about the rapture, although I did see (not sure if it was a dream or not - I was in bed), from a vantage point way up in the sky, what looked like an explosion underground, which then travelled a distance away, like a burrowing giant.

I'd like to share a dream I had last night, though, which may have to do with the prophesied "false prophet." If anyone has insight into this, please feel free to comment, as I don't have much knowledge about the subject!

More like an experience than a dream, really. See what you think:

I was at a party with some close friends of ours, having like kind of a game night. All of a sudden, I was in bed, and the friends were not around. A man (I think he had a salt and pepper beard) sat down on the left side of the bed.

He didn't look scary, outwardly. He had on church vestments, which I think were white, or a light color, with maybe a darker colored robe underneath. But even though he didn't look scary, I was terrified! I quickly looked to my right, as I lay there, and gasped out the name "Jesus!" to drive him away, and I also made the sign of the cross on my forehead. Then I woke up immediately.

I don't have any issues with scary men, so I'm thinking, because of the vestments, my reaction, and the spiritual connotation, this may have to do with the false prophet. To me, the left signifies possibly two things: 1) Sin. The left side is sometimes connected in symbology with sin. 2) A beginning of the false prophet's workings. To me, if you read a book, for instance, you start on the left and go to the right, so left is associated with a starting point.

Very vivid, and those dreams, I've found, often are meaningful, in some way.

I am going through A Course in Miracles' lessons, and this is my lesson for today. I, of course, believe this rapture and end times business may very well be true - that's why I'm posting all these dreams. But it can also be stressful, obviously, and I hope this lesson will lessen some of that stress!

Lesson 41: God goes with me wherever I go.

"Today's idea will eventually overcome completely the sense of loneliness and abandonment all the separated ones experience. Depression is an inevitable consequence of separation. So are anxiety, worry, a deep sense of helplessness, misery, suffering and intense fear of loss."

God goes with me wherever I go.

"The separated ones [most anyone in the material world] have invented many 'cures' for what they believe to be 'the ills of the world.' But the one thing they do not do is to question the reality of the problem. Yet its effects cannot be cured because the problem is not real. The idea for today has the power to end all this foolishness forever. And foolishness it is, despite the serious and tragic forms it may take."

Yes, I know what it's saying, and how that relates to a rapture/tribulation situation. But that's why I'm doing the lessons - to get back on track with God and reality, and disengage myself from illusion! That doesn't mean abandoning life, but living it as a helper, rather than as one too much immersed in its temptations.

"Deep within you is everything that is perfect, ready to radiate through you and out into the world. It will cure all sorrow and pain and fear and loss because it will heal the mind that thought these things were real, and suffered out of its allegiance to them."

You can never be alone because the Source of all life goes with you wherever you go. Nothing can destroy your peace of mind because God goes with you wherever you go."

"We understand that you do not believe all this. How could you, when the truth is hidden deep within, under a heavy cloud of insane thoughts, dense and obscuring, yet representing all you see? Today we will make our first real attempt to get past this dark and heavy cloud, and to go through it to the light beyond."

"There will be only one long practice period today. In the morning, as soon as you get up if possible, sit quietly for some three to five minutes, with your eyes closed. At the beginning of the practice period, repeat today's idea very slowly. Then make no effort to think of anything. Try, instead, to get a sense of turning inward, past all the idle thoughts of the world. Try to enter very deeply into your own mind, keeping clear of any thoughts that might divert your attention."

"From time to time, you may repeat the idea if you find it helpful. But most of all, try to sink down and inward, away from the world and all the foolish thoughts of the world. You are trying to reach past all these things. You are trying to leave appearances and approach reality."

"It is quite possible to reach God. In fact it is very easy, because it is the most natural thing in the world. You might even say it is the only natural thing in the world. The way will open, if you believe that it is possible. This exercise can bring very startling results even the first time it is attempted, and sooner or later it is always successful. We will go into more detail about this kind of practice as we go along. But it will never fail completely, and instant success is possible."

"Throughout the day use today's idea often, repeating it very slowly, preferably with eyes closed. Think of what you are saying; what the words mean. Concentrate on the holiness that they imply about you; on the unfailing companionship that is yours; on the complete protection that surrounds you."

"You can indeed afford to laugh at fear thoughts, remembering that God goes with you wherever you go."
