i grew up fat kid that got beat up and didn't lose virginity until i was like 21 and that with some girl I conned on the internet and gave her a pix of me from the couple years i was in shape..

I been on every fucking diet, I have done iron man type workouts, i have exercised as a hobby, i have spent 3-6 hours a day just not to gain it back.

Yes, I have lost over 150 lbs twice in my life.

Low carb is the way to go. Eat all the veggies you want. Eat lbs of salad.. You'll know what carbs are bad cause you'll feel hung over the next day thats how bad this shit of sugar and grains is for you after 9+ months w/o it

find a workout you like and do that. do it good. push yourself when you want... relax and enjoy it when your not hyped up.

Non-contact sports are the best, like beach vollyball.

if your into muscle's i suggest a military style workout off push-ups, abs, chin ups and the like... you build usefull muscle and most importantly work out your heart.

run/walk enough to be conditioned if someone or group of blacks are trying to kill u for you iphone
