Almond oil is good for skin and hair..so is olive oil..but I swear by Almond oil

add perfume flower scent and its a great conditioner..and smells lovely

I love Jazmin too..but it is difficlt to find a scent that does it justice in my opinion..I have a problem finding a good one..Nardo is great!

I cant even inhale a cigarette..lol..Ive tried to smoke cigarettes ..but no thanks..

only time i can smoke a ciggerette is when im drunk, but im guessing you dont drink either. here i thought me and brief could come over.. id make sure he braught some nardo!

I limit it though to occasions..

hey a friend has e mailed me..nardo is spikenard in English..the bestest! it has such a wonderful perfume!..just add to oil and use as conditioner for body and hair..its perfume really really lasts..

I think I have not been entirely sincere on this thread regarding this point..Quasar commented on my drinking wine occasionally..and I said that I do..that is not correct..the correct term is..I did

I did drink now and again..unfortunately two glasses of wine is enough for me..so even though it is not drinking per se..the effect is still the same..and it went to my head..

I say I did..because I dont..anymore..

I really want to underline this..because it wasnt a big deal..an odd glass of wine now and again..I didnt give it any importance..because I think it doesnt have it...yet since Fatima..I have stopped...Even yesterday I went out for a meal.. lovely semi seco white wine was ordered..and I just couldnt be bothered drinking it..I had an orange juice instead..

Do not worry too much over the drinking I am certain you never were much of a drinker to start with.

I didnt think it was a big deal..one or two glasses of wine now and again..but I guess the Blessed Mother did..cos after Fatima I just stopped..without trying..Blessed Mother knows best..if She didnt think it was a good idea..thats enough for me :)
