It's hard for you to handle that logic eh?
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1385276 Nope. The only thing that's had for me to understand is how you think that your opinion is fact. Quoting: AmericanInfidel It isn't opinion, it is fact. You're having a hard time with it. Embrace it. Regardless of when life begins, an abortion ends it. The sky really is blue. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1385276 The sky isn't blue. It only appears blue because of the reflection of the oceans. That's a fact. Quoting: AmericanInfidel The sky appears blue because of of the way the atmosphere affects light waves. Elementary science...third grade stuff /snip/ WHY IS THE SKY BLUE? The blue color of the sky is due to Rayleigh scattering. As light moves through the atmosphere, most of the longer wavelengths pass straight through. Little of the red, orange and yellow light is affected by the air. However, much of the shorter wavelength light is absorbed by the gas molecules. The absorbed blue light is then radiated in different directions. It gets scattered all around the sky. Whichever direction you look, some of this scattered blue light reaches you. Since you see the blue light from everywhere overhead, the sky looks blue. [ link to www.sciencemadesimple.com]
