UPDATED WITH PICTURE!!!! So as it happens the need arose for me to visit an office very near the one with the mysterious picture. I managed to get in and take a photo but there was no-one there who could tell me anything about it and as you can see it is not signed. [ link to img197.imageshack.us] please have a look at this picture and check out all the details and weird stuff going on and if anyone recognizes it do let us know. thanks.
