I need help from someone who is at this moment for real at a higher level of conSciousness

This might sound lame, but how did you communicate using meditation.
I know it wil, calm you and relax your mind and heart. But did you do anything special

How can I do that

its genetic....wires done got screwed up.....however it can be entertaining as people will laugh at the comments or activities of personeages in the brain....also you might come into great period of creativity.....

I see 11's and 44's constantly.I dont know what it means...

I know the num 11 is a special number. Don't really know why. It's another research I might start if it has anything to do what I'm feeling.

Remove negative thought patterns, drink ALOT of clean water and eat only natural foods, nothing processed.
If you bring in to much energy when your unclean it will create blockages which will manifest as psychical illness or injuries.

It will help you feel your chakra points, and directing energy. Once you can do these straight it then hinder your progress. This doesn't mean you have to stop using it, just during your meditations. You will know when its time.

You dont really have to do anything. Its more you have to do nothing. When you reach a stage where u can maintain a constant meditative state of awareness (living in the present moment without thoughts running around in your head) you will begin to feel thoughts and urges pushing you in a certain direction. The better you get at maintaining this state the easier it is to distinguish your own thoughts from your guides/higher self.
I find you will almost not notice anything when you are doing well. It is when you have problems that they will push a message across, the problem is if u are distressed it will be hard to hear the message.

IMO, they are are ever intensifying waves of existence itself...

They gather around each individual like a unique antenna.

These waves travel in efficient cyclical patterns, which is why it feels as though you are surrounded...

They have always been here, but the feed is strengthening, like energetic canvases which are more capible than before, streaming more data, we are adapting to this feed as it floods the entire solar system.

The interface is expanding, we may bleed through to where the interdimensionals occupy, this is why insisting that these energies reveal their true form and intent is so important, because the door is widening, and both greater good AND greater evils can walk through.

Our position is one where we must adapt to: balancing ever growing intensities of the surrounding universe, existence itself is coming through in predictable cycles...

Some are closer to the shore and feel the waves before those who live inland...

Insist on truth, respect, listen, balance and adapt, both light and dark will serve you, you no longer must play the game of being pushed by the exterior polarities when you respect and balance in this manner...

By using meditation, I can maintain this stage. And this energy I'm feeling is just my higher consciousness

This is what I see. We seem to be entering into a paradigm that is loosening people's grip on restraint. This is having a wide-ranging effect since so many have different methods of keeping themselves within the bounds of accepted behavior and expression. People are speaking their mind in what they think is "straight and true testimony" when, in reality, they are expressing their frustration over their inability to communicate what it is that is really eluding them--whatever that "gut-knowing" feeling is telling them of what lies at the core of their lack.

Each of us has regular cycles, whether we can see them or not. We all have "recipes" (many of which we create ourselves) by which our body and minds "mature"--and if we are astute, we can tell when those "epiphanies" occur and not just react to them. Sometimes it takes several cycles of these moments that build up to the paradigm shift that is so desparately needed by the spiritual self. We are not a stupid species. We have gifts and we need to accept those gifts in ourselves--as gifts and as natural as falling rain. It is nature itself that pieces all the pixels together in a pattern that our minds and lives can accept. Changing patterns are TRAUMATIC. I always like to point out the "nexus points" in our individual lives as examples of "paradigm shifts". At the ages of 7, 14, 21, 28, 35, 42, 49, 56, 63, 70, and so on, these "crisis points" largely determine how we "morph" from one "species" to another. Our bodies literally rebuild themsleves from the celllular on up, and we are literally new beings every seven years.

You are knocking on the door. By knocking, the door will be open to you. Then you will see what to seek. by seeking, you will find. If we are to believe Scriptures, this will be an everlasting occurence and it will be forever new in the eternities to come. It is also written that in the "last day", people will begin to hear a voice from behind that tells them which way to turn and guide their path. The darkness is thickening and this seems to accentuate the fact that darkness cannot enter into our sphere and thus (as it is written), the spirit will be taken from those who have squandered it and "buried their talents), and given to (or doubled) to those who have met the requirements of the Holy Law (at the very least--by faith).

Few know what the battle of Armageddon entails. The greatest and last battle we will ever have is with self. Until every power is on the stretch, and every step taken (such as heeding the voice to take care of health), to obtain the exceeding riches of grace--we will be forever dogged by the nagging feeling that we are not DOING enough. What that "doing" entails will become evident in due time. Nature and Revelation (the written word) complement each other and shine light upon the path--the same light that shone from the garment of light that clothed Adam and Eve. They lost their garments. We are to gain ours--first by faith, then in glorious reality.

That was an interesting read. Thank you. I had an ephinany of sorts tonight. We spend so much energy on self: eating, drinking, sleeping, stretching our body, exercising , working, et cetera. The cycle goes on and on, and it's all meaningless. Even wisdom and knowledge, it's all meaningless, for it all comes back to self. The thing I realized is that sacrificing yourself for others in pure unselfish love is the only thing that matters. It's the one thing that is the opposite of self.

True in some cases, but balance is also important, self-respect is just as important IMO...
