How come that the nation that invented football isn't all that good?

He's brilliant. Always has been. At 35, it's impressive to see a striker still play at the level he has this year. He's bounced from club to club but seems now that he's found something right at his new club PSG. The free kick was pretty ridiculous. The bicycle was jus stunning. That's his martial arts training paying off in football/soccer. Dude is a black belt. And he's massive, 6 foot 5 inches. I am an England can it didn't feel bad seeing Ibra net 4. Still wish United picked him up a few years ago.

look at john terry for example, overrated hack who was made to look good because he had someone like carvhallo calling the shots when he was at the club.

hes got the stuff ill give him that but he doesnt turn up for the games that matter.

No goalies. Who was the last great English goalie? Even the Premier League clubs are loaded with talented goalies but they are all foreign. Also, the English players spend all year playing against each other in the EPL and hate each other. Than they're suppose to come together and play with each other? And don't tell me Joe Hart. The goalie position just isn't taken seriously by the English youth system.
