Jer 16:14-16: “'Therefore see, the days are coming,' declares Yahuah, when it is no longer said, ‘Yahuah lives who brought up the children of Yisrael from the land of Mitsrayim,’
but, ‘Yahuah lives who brought up the children of Yisrael from the land of the north and from all the lands where He had driven them.’ For I shall bring them back into their land I gave to their fathers.
'See, I am sending for many fishermen,' declares Yahuah, 'and they shall fish them. And after that I shall send for many hunters, and they shall hunt them from every mountain and every hill, and out of the holes of the rocks.'"
 Quoting: Neim-Ya'shar

But the Bible doesn't say some will be there but the whole tribe of Judah.

No the Bibles makes it clear that they will be in the land when Messiah returns and that they will not be a Christian people. Check out the posts I made and the land is restored, it also shows how the Jewish people fulfilled prophecies with regards to agriculture.

About agriculture in Israel, here's part of an article about the agricultural year in the time of Solomon, when the nation had God's blessing:
"Israelite farmers were aware that many crops harvested during the sunniest months of the year needed a subtle balance of winds until Pentecost. The cold, wet wind coming from the north might have benefited developing cereals, but such were damaging to fruit trees once they blossomed. The hot, dry wind from the south helped the blossoms to open and pollinate.—Proverbs 25:23; Song of Solomon 4:16.

Jehovah, the Master of the elements, had set in motion a finely tuned ecological system. In Abijah’s day, Israel was really “a land of wheat and barley and vines and figs and pomegranates, a land of oil olives and honey.” (Deuteronomy 8:8) Abijah’s grandfather may have told him about the extraordinary period of abundance under wise King Solomon’s rule—clear evidence of Jehovah’s blessing.—1 Kings 4:20.

They didn't need to irrigate, [which is not good for the land long-term, I think?] [link to wol.jw.org] I really recommend this article.
It's only one page and is very pleasant to contemplate.
