UFO's over College Park, MD

Nothing in Ellicott City...where the grass is brown and the girls are gritty

YES! Not college park per say. I was driving back to DC from a friend's house in Severna Park. I was headed south on route 50 and to my left were 3 lights hovering. They got very bright, lighting up the entire sky, then faded to nothing. Then came back to a normal luminosity, then again, got so bright that I could see the clouds behind them. Then they went back to a normal luminosity and just hovered. I couldn't tell if the lights were from one vessel or 3 different ones. What did you see?

will be pretty hard to say it was UFO's or not considering the close proximity of Ft Meade and The Naval Academy....
