Hamas has made it clear they hate Israel and want them off the map. Israel knows Hamas will not honor a cease fire...they never do. Isn't it that Israel wants the Gaza Strip so they can keep the high ridge as a defense so their enemies can't get to them so easily? Isreal had the Gaza strip. They gave it back to the pallie's. In a move for peace. I was called the land for peace initiative. See what Isreal has received for this gesture. A constant bombing. Sorry if these are stupid questions, but it is really confusing to me why Hamas throws rockets over when Israel just wants to use the Gaza Strip as defense against terrorists. And why are there people who are saying Israel is attacking Gaza? There are so many tweets right now about the atrocity of Israel and love for the Hamas. It's as if people are ignoring the fact that Hamas are terrorists and blame Israel for the terrorizing. Have you considered the possibility that you're many years of forming a geopolitical opinion by watching the scrolling headlines on the bottom of CNN has made you stupid?
