Ground war in Gaza for sure .

Good. Lets say it this way. If someone bombs your house and kills your whole family or anyone in your family you are going to visit that bloodshed upon their head tenfold.
The Native Americans did the same thing to when the British started Occupying North America.

What needs to end is this state within a state garbage. The posters who say this can never end until one side wins is right.

It doesn't have to be done by violence, but there are really only two options that will lead to peace.

1) Israel fully annexes the West Bank and Gaza and colonizes both.

2) Israel is destroyed.

Despite the starkness of the options, there are smart ways to solve this. Repopulating the Palestinians to Sinai is probably the easiest way, accepting them as Egyptian citizens, and seeing the end to the admittedly terrible refugee camps.

But you don't hear about how Egypt doesn't want them too often.

But I suspect if Israel did take the occupied territories, and saw the resettlement of the Arabs, a peace could be arranged between the states that would cool into something lasting in time.

It was basically done to Germany after WWII where many millions of people resettled westward, some voluntarily but many not, and as ugly as it was, peace has held in Europe for many decades now along those lines.
