If you were really CIA, then surely you would know that the POTUS is a pre-organised position and no amount of voting will ever change that.
It also will never matter what policies they put forth, the structure of any policy does not come from one known group..Republicans or democrats..policies are what is voted for...but winning policies are given to the team that is supposed to win, it is the job of the other team to object and have opposing policies.
