This video was taken back in October of 2006 in Carolina Beach, North Carolina. Above is two unmarked assumed USAF aircraft, The reason i suspect there USAF is due to the spacing and them not showing up on public flight tracking software like flightaware.com I also contacted local ATC at KILM and they said they had no radar signature of the two aircraft so where do we go from here?
