I might also add that FEMA stands for Federal Emergency Management Agency!! You might also note that recently in main stream media that FEMA went to assist Hurricane Sandy Victims and ran out of probably one of the most important resources for the victims. The resource is called WATER!! This was on main stream media that FEMA a government entity designed for emergencies that ran out of one of the most obvious items to have more then enough of in an emergency!! WATER!!
