what you're gonna get here is conservative gold stars who say it never happened and liberal ACs who said it has always happened. very little objective research is done here.

True.............just wanted some input as far as if someone knew the answer off the top of their head.

Thanks for the info. but I read that it "could be" proof ........... nothing substantial saying that it definitely is proof.
