OP,ask her to check out this link. It's an online community of like-minded people that are losing weight, or have lost it, and stay with it for support. They have an excellent tracker that helps you learn how much you are eating correctly, and not enogh of, etc. Also teaches portion control, which sounds like one of the problems your lady has. A lot of people keep eating till stuffed, when if they would stop short, the brain will eventually catch up.
