You guys often confuse logic, reason, intelligence and a questioning mind with hate...
We just don't all buy into the same shit. Imagine if we were all christians!
Boring!!!

Thank you AC!! We are not here to impose our beliefs on you my friend. We are here to share them and if you choose to accept..... it all depends on you.

But I will not criticize you nor condemn for not believing.

We are not here for that my friend. We are here to spread good news to those who would like to hear it.

Much Love to You AC!!!

Thank you...but I don't see a ritual blood sacrafice as good news. I see it as archaic and barbaric.

Your Welcome AC!!

I see what your saying and yes the crucifixion of Christ was barbaric no doubt about that. But don't fix your mind on that. Jesus knew it had to happen that way, to be able to wash away all of our sin.

He did it to give me and you life....if we choose it or not depends solely on us alone. He will not force you and neither will I.

I don't want you to think I am pushing this on you, by your comment it sounded like we teach about ritual blood sacrifices but we do not. It was Once for All!!!

PEACE MY FRIEND

Please - can we stop talking about barbaric torture and bloodletting? Do you want me to describe how my nose bleeds or I cut my belly? Nobody cares, and it's disgusting.

The only reason I'd care about a period is because it comes from a vagina, and even that's limiting - some are just not joyous.

Let's talk about happiness and fulfillment and joy - not drippy blood.

I don't want to be rude so I'll say this quite nicely I hope. We are talking a virgin birth...not just any virgin, but a married women!!! Fuck, why is this still being sold? A virgin gave birth to this guy who raised a dead man and he himself, after being brutally murdered, then appears amongst his Buddies a few days later and then floats off into the clouds...and not one of them asked to go with. That would be the first thing I'd ask...take me with.

Re: The Seven Places Christ Bled..........For You
you dudes who revile Lisa's threads so much should consider the conditioning that has trained you to hate Christ...

it is demonically inspired and satanic, generally... this is provable... you have watched so many depictions of Christians not behaving as Christ taught you believe it...

none of the atrocities done in Christ's name were instigated nor performed by true Christ followers...

true Christ followers were tortured and killed for hundreds of years before Rome paganized and corrupted the churches...

they all worship on Sunday--a pagan day--as just one example of the corruption... but that would be nothing compared to the doctrine taught and the ignorance that has taken hold...

the body is a temple and Christians should exemplify this...

use your own heads and do your own research--don't believe anyone, but LOOK and SEEK truly...

now more than ever the information is out there...

not for long...

Roger Morneau, Mark Cleminson, Earthquake Kelly, Walter Veith...shorud of turin...

my thread has been removed where I have been keeping a list... but these names will be a good start if you care to have an unbiased opinion...

Maybe your thread would have stayed up if you hadn't been incessantly advertising/spamming it in completely unrelated threads.

Oh, is that a hint?

:)

I normally include it when I have something to add to whatever thread seems interesting...

no one is forced to visit... and I am not aware of a rule against posting it as a form of signature...

usually I am interested in threads from a certain angle that includes some of the things on my thread...

I wonder why it would bother anyone that I have something to say and include it?

especially when I am generally respectful, do not degenerate into negative comments and insults and try to be respectful...

:)

But I noticed the search function is down so perhaps I mis-spoke anyway...

so sorry I have annoyed anyone... not my intent, but it happens..

Re: The Seven Places Christ Bled..........For You

In Scripture, seven symbolizes completeness or perfection.

"In the Book of Revelation the number SEVEN is used throughout. There are SEVEN churches, SEVEN Spirits, SEVEN stars, SEVEN seals, SEVEN trumpets, SEVEN vials, SEVEN personages, SEVEN dooms, and SEVEN new things. SEVEN symbolizes Spiritual Perfection. All of life revolves around this number. SEVEN is used over 700 times in the Bible. It is used 54 times in the Book of Revelation.

The whole Word of God is founded upon the number SEVEN. It stands for the SEVENTH day of the Creation Week, and speaks of the Millennial Rest day. It denotes COMPLETENESS or PERFECTION.

In Leviticus 23:15-16, the number SEVEN and the Sabbath, which was the SEVENTH day, is connected with the word COMPLETE. The word COMPLETE follows after the words SEVEN SABBATH (Seventh day). The day following the SEVENTH sabbath there was something NEW that took place.

The word FINISHED is also connected with the number SEVEN. In Revelation 10:7 we read,

In the days of the voice of the SEVENTH angel, when he shall begin to sound the mystery of God should be FINISHED.

It is DONE is another expression found in connection with the number Seven.

And the SEVENTH angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne saying, It is DONE.(Revelation 16:17)

The word CREATED is used SEVEN times in connection with Gods creative work. (Genesis 1:1; Genesis 1:21; 1:27 (three times); 2:3; and 2:4). God created all things in the beginning and then took six days of restoring His creation and then rested on the SEVENTH day. (Genesis 2:1-3). He appointed SEVEN days for the week, and most, if not all advanced nations reckon time in that way: SEVEN days to the week. Few ever stop to think of why there are SEVEN days in a week. Do atheists and infidels give God and the Bible credit for it?

There are SEVEN notes in the musical scale. All other pitches are only variations of these. When the musician uses the eighth note he goes back to do and starts over. Man named the notes but God fixed the sounds, even as God fixed the days of the week, and man named them.

Noah took the clean beasts into the ark by SEVENS (Genesis 7:2) SEVEN days after Noah went into the ark the flood came. (Genesis 7:-10) Peter tells about the long-suffering of God waiting in the days of Noah. (I Peter 3:21) Those SEVEN days COMPLETED Gods time of waiting.

Before Aaron and his sons entered their priestly work they were consecrated SEVEN days. (Leviticus 8:31-36) Here is a picture of a life COMPLETELY or WHOLLY consecrated or dedicated to the Lord for service.

On the day of atonement the high priest sprinkled the blood upon the mercy seat SEVEN times. (Leviticus 16:14) This is a picture of the COMPLETENESS of the redemptive work of Christ.

By his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us." (Hebrews 9:12)

When Christ offered Himself that FINISHED the sacrificial offerings. They were ended. No longer must we place sacrifices upon an altar.

When Israel took the city of Jericho God told them to march around the city SEVEN times. Thus, on the SEVENTH day, when they marched around the city SEVEN times, they COMPLETED their marching. (Joshua 6:1-16)

There were SEVEN FEAST days of our Lord. (Passover, Unleavened, First-fruits, Pentecost, Atonement, Trumpets and Tabernacle). (Leviticus 23:1-44)

There were SEVEN branches on the CANDLESTICK in the Holy Place in the Tabernacle and this pictures the COMPLETE light of God for the souls of man."

50% rule observed, read the entire article on the Biblical meaning of the number 7 here [link to www.angelfire.com]

did the elite also encode flowers and bees and apples with sacred geometry... or is it more likely that God did?

did the occult invent the import of the five-pointed star or did they find it in an apple and perhaps deduced its import or were even, perhaps told, by supernatural entities how to utilize it... as shamans the world over are taught and informed??

Another aspect of the cross that is just as important is it determined what the bruise was in Ge:3:15. Death for the bruise to the heel of the seed of Eve also defined it would be death to an immortal Satan, that being the fiery lake.

Isa:53:8:
He was taken from prison and from judgment:
and who shall declare his generation?
for he was cut off out of the land of the living:
for the transgression of my people was he stricken.
Isa:53:9:
And he made his grave with the wicked,
and with the rich in his death;
because he had done no violence,
neither was any deceit in his mouth.
Isa:53:10:
Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him;
he hath put him to grief:
when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin,
he shall see his seed,
he shall prolong his days,
and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his hand.

For all the condemnation of the ones that believe in the Bible might be a form of 'hidden' jealousy in that some require 'proof' and that just won't be available until the trumps start to sound. (not that it harms anyone in the long-run, it might be better for some to be asleep in the grave for the 1,000 years as they cannot be tempted to support Satan when he is being sent to the lake.We don't even have to pity or try and convert them because God will do that before the end of the Great White Throne.

Joh:20:29:
Jesus saith unto him,
Thomas,
because thou hast seen me,
thou hast believed:
blessed are they that have not seen,
and yet have believed.

i do not understand the whole "spitting" thing... it is gross and beneath the dignity of anyone, both to spit on and be spat upon...

not that I am afraid of bacteria or anything... I am totally in harmony with that... but it is just ugly... and I, sadly, am a spitter (picked it up in China, where all the "men" spit proudly) just not on people...

I cannot think of any time when I would want to spit on someone, and I have been spat upon... I just won't do it...

Re: The Seven Places Christ Bled..........For You
The Seven Places Jesus Shed His Blood

The blood of Jesus is much more powerful than many of us recognize. It is the source of our Redemption and freedom.

The Greek definition of redeemed is ransomed, released, liberated, or delivered. The price of Redemption that had to be paid was the death of our Lord and his shed blood.

The shedding of Jesus' blood released us to be brought back to the original place; to life as it was in the Garden of Eden where every blessing was available to Adam and Eve.

I Peter 1:18-19 "Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; But with the precious blood of Christ, as a lamb without blemish and without spot.

"The Door is the only meeting point between God and man according to John 10:9, "I am the door, by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and go in and out and find pasture".

The Blood is only means of atonement. Aaron sprinkled the blood seven times on the mercy seat for the atonement of sin in the Old Testament. Lev. 16:17, "And he shall take of the bullock, and sprinkle it with his finger upon the mercy seat eastward; and before the mercy seat shall he sprinkle of the blood with finger seven times". Jesus shed his blood seven different times buying back our freedom.

The source of the power of God in every believer's life is the shed blood of our Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus shed his blood in seven places.

1. Willpower It all started in a garden. In Gen. 3:6-17 Adam and Eve chose to eat of the fruit that God had
said no to. The incredible thing that was lost for all mankind was the ability to come into agreement with the Father's will and choose against the enemies will. At that moment Adam sacrificed the willpower of mankind.
The first place Jesus shed his blood was in the Garden of Gethsemane, Matt. 26: 30-44. Our first lost was through Adam & Eve's disobedience in a garden and now we see Jesus redeeming our will in a garden. He went into the garden fully aware that he was going to redeem our wills.
Three times we see Jesus crying out to his Father saying, "Not as I will but as thou wilt." In Luke 22:43-44 it says that Jesus was in so much agony that sweat as drops of blood were falling to the ground. Medical doctors say that intense fear and agony will cause blood vessels to break beneath the skin and blood will come forth like sweat.
We have spent millions of dollars to say to our next generation, "Just Say No!" It hasn't worked. We should help this generation to understand the power of the shed blood of Jesus in the garden and see glorious victory come as they apply his blood over their will. The greatest battle of mankind is God's will over my will. The provision was made through the blood.

2. Whipped and Scourged In the Old Testament the Lord promised the children of Israel in Exodus15:26, "If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the Lord thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the Lord that healeth thee."
When God said, ' I am the Lord that healeth thee,' that name in the Hebrew is Jehovah Rophe. The children of Israel disobeyed and the same diseases that the Egyptians have we experience today.
Thousands of years later Jesus was taken to the whipping post and whipped beyond imagination, redeeming what Israel lost through disobedience. In Matt. 27:26 Jesus was given over to be scourged. Scourging was the cruelest form of punishment. The flesh was generally cut with horrible whips. Jesus was publicly lashed with a cat of nine tails thirty-nine times. These tails were nine leather throngs loaded with jagged pieces of metal or bone weighted at the end with lead.
Under Jewish punishment, a prisoner could be given forty lashes, Deut. 25:3. Seldom were forty lashes ever given because to be whipped forty times was often fatal. Psalms 129:3, "The plowers plowed upon my back…" is a small picture of what Jesus went through.
Isaiah 50:6," I gave my back to the smiters; and my cheeks to them that plucked off the hair." Our Lord went through incredible wounding to redeem us from disease. Isaiah 53:5 says, "… by his stripes we are healed."The blood ran down on every exposed organ of his body and because of that we claim our healing in the name of Jesus by his shed blood. Doctors have said that there are 39 know root diseases. Jesus was lashed 39 times,, one time for each root cause. He was beaten with the cat of nine tails, nine being the number of fullness. Each disease was redeemed in its fullness. By his stripes we are healed.

3. Crown of Thorns In Gen. 3:17-19, because Adam hearkened to the voice of is wife, and ate of the tree which God had forbidden, it brought a curse on the ground. The result is seen in Gen. 3:18, for now thorns and thistles came forth out of the ground. A thorn has such a prick that every touch brings a wound. A thistle multiplies so quickly that some types of thistles are said to have as many as 3 to 400 seeds within one head. These thorns and thistles injure the ground, choke the good seed, and destroy the hopes of the farmer.
This caused Adam to do something he had never done before, work by the sweat of their brow. Gen. 3:19 says, "In the sweat of thy face thou shalt eat bread." Sweat first appears on the brow when hard labor is done. Adam had never worked a sweat before sin entered. If we don't understand we have been redeemed from the curse then the land we go to work on, the place where we build our business is still under the curse.
We go to work and by the sweat of our brow we squeeze out a meager existence. We work long hours never to have enough. After Jesus was beaten they put a crown of thorns on his brow. It is said that the thorns of the crown are 3 to 31/2 inches long. As this was forced into his brow, not sweat but blood ran down his face.
Jesus shed his blood to break the curse of poverty off our land. Matt. 27:29 says the symbol of poverty was placed on his head and our freedom to work and walk in abundance was obtained. Everyday as we work we should see an abundant supply, not fruitless labor. Apply the blood from the crown of thorns!

4. His Hands were Pierced Gen. 1:26-28 says God placed all dominion and authority in the hands of Adam and Eve. Because of sin, Adam and Eve lost that dominion and authority.
When the nails went through the hands of Jesus on the cross and the blood ran down, his blood redeemed our dominion and authority. Because of the blood covered hands we can lay hold of what belongs to us in the name of Jesus Christ. Look at the story of Joseph. Joseph was taken to Potiphar's house. Even in that place he prospered. Gen. 39:2-3 says, "And the Lord was with Joseph, and he was a prosperous man; and he was in the house of his maser the Egyptian. And his master saw that the Lord was with him, and that the Lord made all that he did to prosper in his hand."
We need to lay blood covered hands on all that is ours and take authority and dominion because of the nail pierced hands of our Lord. Lay your hands on your self, your family, your business, your church, and take back what was stolen in the garden. Everything you put your hand to God will cause it to proper. Everything you encounter you have the authority to render it harmless.

5. His Feet were Pierced Deut. 28:13 says," and the Lord shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath…"
This was the promise of God to the children of Israel if they would hearken to the commandments of the Lord. They didn't obey and we have the results. Deut. 11:24 says, "Every place thereon the soles of your feet shall tread shall be yours..."
When the spike went into the feet of Jesus, through his blood dominion and authority was taken back. When the blood ran down; his precious blood gave me back my position in my walk. Wherever we are the Kingdom of God is at hand. We have authority to go into the enemy's camp, plunder his territory, and bind him in Jesus name by the blood.
God told Joshua in Joshua 3:3, "Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, that have I given unto you…" It is our time to claim what territory the enemy has stolen. Go forth decreeing and declaring as Esther did when she reversed the curse Haman had decreed against her people.
Jesus feet were pierced to redeem our dominion and authority. Go with blood covered feet, and like Joshua be strong and courageous! Take dominion, take your home, take your city back, regain all that the enemy has stolen.

6. His Side was Pierced The sixth place we have suffered loss is where the enemy came and broke our hearts. When the spear was thrust through Jesus' side blood and water poured down. Jesus knew what it was to have a broken heart. He was betrayed by Judas, he was rejected by the multitude saying, 'Let him be crucified," one in his inner circle denied that he knew him.
One of the most heart breaking things that happened to him was when he hung naked before his own mother on the cross. The greatest heartbreak he experienced was in Mark 15:34 when God he suffered abandonment by his own father. He said, "My God, My God, why hast thou forsaken me?" His heart burst from grief, rejection, betrayal, and abandonment.
The blood and water ran down from the agony of such grief that he experienced. Medically it is said that when you suffer such agony your heart develops a sack of water around it. The soldiers didn't pierce his heart. Our Lord died of a broken heart causing the water and the blood to pour out for us.
The joy of the Lord is stolen when your heart is broken. We have no strength. Your whole life is affected. Forgiveness is the key to having your heart healed.
Jesus announced his ministry in Luke 4: 18-19 saying, "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted…" Because the blood and water ran down we can claim back our heart.
We can walk in the joy of the Lord, be strong and safe, and live under an open heaven.

7. He Was Bruised The last place we have suffered lost is in our emotions; that part of us which is the inner man. Isaiah 53:5 says, "He was wounded for our transgression; he was bruised for our iniquities…
A bruise is bleeding on the inside. The Bible says that the sins of the father are visited to the third and fourth generation. That is called a generational curse.
Many are suffering hurts on the inside from iniquities that our forefathers passed down to us. This results many times in inner hurts and bruises.
Jesus was bruised so we could be healed from the inside out. Because of the blood we can be healed, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Words cannot express how thankful I am for what Jesus did for me.

Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends. (John 15:13)

Why do you Christian slaves enjoy living in fear?

Not only are you slaves to the world, you're also slaves to a violent egotistical deity.

Words cannot express how thankful I am for what Jesus did for me.

Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends. (John 15:13)

interesting... very nice...

I have read that the blood is electro-static and that the heart is actually pumped by the blood...

thus the great import of the blood as the conduit for life and perhaps, consciousness??

Re: The Seven Places Christ Bled..........For You
Why do you Christian slaves enjoy living in fear?

Not only are you slaves to the world, you're also slaves to a violent egotistical deity.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 9788321

Um, Deity should be capitalized... :)

you might be the slave and that might be why Christ is called the Redeemer... ?? :)

btw--the tone of your comment does not sound particularly liberated...

question beyond criticism... might be a good place to start...

your critique of Christians is not one I am familiar with... true Christ followers are not oppressed nor do they seem particularly enslaved...

spiritually smart, on the other hand, might require some discipline you regard as slavery, should you believe the moral relativism of "do what thou wilt" over basic love for God (the Intelligent Designer of this intelligent design you are a part of) and your fellow human beings...

you perhaps prefer the mental slavery of false poems like "evolution" ??

Great thread Lisa. Our Lord is so humble, it is centuries
later that He reveals some of the tortures He went through,
no wonder He wasn't recognizable.

THE FIFTEEN SECRET TORTURES AND SUFFERINGS OF OUR LORD AND SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST

"I looked for one that would comfort me, and I found none"
------------------------------------------------------
Revealed to the pious, God-loving Sister Mary Magdalen of Sancta Clara Order, Franciscan, who lived, died and was beatified in Rome. Jesus fulfilled the wish of this Sister, who desired to ardently know something about the secret sufferings which He endured the night before His death.
This devotion is approved and recommended by His Holiness Clement XII, 1730-1740)

----------------------------------------------------

1. They fastened My feet with a rope and dragged Me over the stepping stones of the staircase, down into a filthy, nauseating cellar.

2. They took off My clothing and stung My body with iron joints.

3. They attached a rope around My body and pulled Me on the ground from end to end.

4. They hanged Me on a wooden piece with a slip knot until I slipped out and fell down. Overwhelmed by this torture, I wept bloody tears.

5. They tied Me to a post and pierced My body with various arms.

6. They struck Me with stones and burnt Me with blazing embers and torches.

7. They pierced Me with awls; sharp spears tore My skin, flesh and arteries out of My body.

8. They tied Me to a post and made Me stand barefoot on an incandescent metal sheet.

9. They crowned Me with an iron crown and wrapped My eyes with the dirtiest possible rags.

10. They made Me sit on a chair covered with sharp pointed nails, causing deep wounds in My body.

11. They poured on My wounds liquid lead and resin and, after this torture, they pressed Me on the nailed chair so that the nails went deeper and deeper into My flesh.

12. For shame and affliction, they drove needles into the holes of My uprooted beard. They tied my hands behind My back and led Me walking out of prison with strikes and blows.

13. They threw Me upon a cross and attached Me so tightly that I could hardly breathe anymore.

14. They threw at My head as I lay on the earth, and they stepped on Me, hurting My breast. Then, taking a thorn from My crown, they drove it into My tongue.

15. They poured into My mouth the most immodest excretions, as they uttered the most infamous expressions about Me.

Then, Jesus added,
"My daughter, I desire that you let everybody know the Fifteen Secret Tortures in order that everyone of them be honored. "Anyone who daily offers Me, with love, one of these sufferings and says with fervor the following prayer, will be rewarded with eternal glory on the day of judgement."

~ P R A Y E R ~
My Lord and My God, it is my unchangable will to honor you in these Fifteen Secret Torments when You shed Your Precious Blood; as many times as there are grains of sand around the seas, as fruit in the orchards, as leaves on the trees, as flowers in the gardens, as stars in the sky, as angels in Heaven, as creatures on earth. So many thousands of times may you be glorified, praised and honored, O Most love-worthy Lord Jesus Christ - Your Holiest Heart, Your Precious Blood, Your Divine Sacrifice for mankind, the Holiest Sacrament of the altar, the Most Holy Virgin Mary, the nine glorious choirs of Angels and the Blessed Phalanx of the Saints, from myself and everyone, now and forever, and in the eternal ages.

In like manner, I desire, my dear Jesus, to give You thanksgiving, to serve you, to repair and atone for all my ignominies, and to offer You my soul and body as Your possession forever. Likewise, I regret all my sins and beg Your pardon, O my Lord and my God. And I offer You all the merits of Jesus Christ to repair everything, to obtain a happy dying-hour and the deliverance of the souls from Purgatory. This prayer I desire to renew at each hour until my death, O lovable Jesus. Sweet Savior, fortify my resolution and permit not that neither wretched men nor Satan destroy it. AMEN.
