I earned 600 n commission. My hourly was 900. Bitch took 400 in commissions for the next pay day to bring my commissions to 1000 to skip out on paying me my hourly.

I asked his daughter to explain it to me and she said we are not here to pay u hourly, if we do you get fired.

I recorded that dumb bitch.

Then my immediate mgr came to me and said he dosent want hourly guys on his team. Didn't record that.

I never hit hourly before, except n training. My first time ever.

Btw in California I could sue, I spent the day learning commission labor code, these people think I'm some idiot powersports sales guy with no hope of getting a real job, but I was an operations mgr for a 50 employee valet/door service company and have dealt with many of these same laws.

No... what he didnt account for was the fact that food costs are so high at the grocery stores, its cheaper to buy food now than to cook yourself.....

Some businesses will win some will loose in this, but all employees will suffer. in a macro economical system, when you change the rules, midway through, many businesses need time to adjust to the new rules..

The elections immediate impact will be many people being lowered from full time, to part time. Its the safest and most sound business move, when you don't know what is coming..
It takes a while for the owners and managers to adjust to the new rules, and figure out how to profit from it... (as long as they are for profit...)

This is what team O does not understand, or fully understands, depending upon your view point.



I observed this phenomenom while being a manager, predicting that an employee law suit, would in the end mean the company would be more profitable, and showed boss how to "fix" the equation...

My wife who works in healthcare, has seen nothing but change since the inception of obamacare. I have figured out the way for my wife to profit from the change, however it requires us to change our "business model" for our family.

This economy is leading to sole proprietorship, for many people. But along the way, certain businesses are going to profit... specifically the big box stores and any massive (whole seller/distributor/food service industry) will make out... as it will be cheaper to buy those services than do on your own.....


This is not good if you currently like the lifestyle you have, and for that matter aren't very well at adapting your lifestyle... (there are many people like this).

I think you should tape record what's happening to you and then play it for an attorney to decide.

It was in my employee handbook that we could be recorded at anytime. So does that go both ways? Btw I did get her on tape saying we are not here to pay you minimum wage, if we do, you get let go. My Human resources lady said the same thing, and never directly answered my question if it was legal.
