ahhh stormy! right after i comment how i loved the previous post.
everyone has a story, and even if you are fully covered Insurance always looks for a way to not pay.
I know a friend who was fully covered on his house, covered mostly everything. Lightning strikes and because his grounding rod was run over by a Plow driver hours earlier, he wasn't covered.

I've been prepping a little myself, and when and if the shit hits the fan, I'm gonna be the one out organizing and providing...I've always had this feeling, that that's my job...maybe i'm narcissistic too, ha ha, but that's been my feeling the last few years.
