Crappy unhealthy food, but, damn, I envy how short his cooking time is. I would have so much free time if I cooked like that.

Just a note to that: CousCous its not so bad IF its well cooked and balanced with its own ingredients (but its not so easy to do that and takes time).

Exactly! This is fast food for guys who have no cooking skills and no interest in acquiring any. YOu're getting your daily calories in a hasty tasty way. I like the 'pantry only' cooks, I know a few good recipes as everyone should.
