What is so lovely is two days in a row we have had a look into the window of when police officers use their opportunities to exercise judgment and kindness and it makes me so happy that it gets the mileage it deserves.

I was wondering that as well. I think the thread has something to do with a news report I just read about a cop who bought a homeless guy a pair of shoes.
