Well..from what ive heard over the years..the sun USUALLY goes down at night..so..to the unknowlegible..yeah..it would seem out of place when ya cant see it anymore.

Its just that it was on the other side before.

Ok at the risk of I'll throw my two cents in....I have noticed the sun to appear larger and much more intense at sunset the past week or two. Much more so than I remember in previous years. Oddly it seems to set a wee bit farther south than it has this time in previous years.

I am sure I'll get called some awful name for making that last statement.

The entire back of my house is windows facing westward so....the sunset is basically part of my decor. I notice it all the time.

The forecast for tonight is darkness followed by light shortly after dawn. Another Les Nessman eyewitness weather report....

I noticed too!!!! At sunset it was way off from the usual position. I thought maybe I was mistaken at first. It was more southward, right?

That is pretty horrible and I really shouldn't laugh and I tried very hard not to. Buuuut...I've flipping lost it and I'm almost in tears lol

Same here! It looks larger whiter and brighter! I have a perfect view of the sunset out my back window on the rare occasions its actually clear out.
