On uncertainty and our so called "perfect world with ideal conditions for life": Take a hypothetical jar filled with one million red marbles and 1single blue one. Blindfolded, stick your hand in and grab a marble. Now look at what color you picked. It's red of course. But keep doing this over and over again. Eventually, you'll pick that blue marble. It is NOT impossible nor unlikely that the blue marble will never be picked.

Or how about this: You are given 1000 ingredients in unmarked brown containers. Your task is to make something delicious. The rules are you can't look inside the bags. You just have to pick five and mix them together. At some point given enough time, you will pick bananas, ice-cream, chocolate syrup, strawberries and whipped cream.

This is the nature of evolution and our planets existence. For every perfect blue marble in the universe there are millions of red one's. For every delicious banana split there are millions of tuna fish-apple-squid-cantaloupe-milk concoctions.

I don't think you realize just how long and how many chances the universe has had to pick marlbes and make desserts. It would be amazing if most of the planets in existence harbored life or in our analogy, you picked that blue marble 50% of the time. That would indeed be unexplainable. but it doesn't work that way. The universe behaves quite logically.

Also, many times believers in God quote something like this: "I don't understand how anyone can just believe something can come from nothing, like with the big bang. We HAVE to be created by something(God) intentionally"......Let me ask you this: That "something", a God as you call it, what created that God? This argument holds no weight you see. Because to argue this point, you must agree that "God" just spontaneously exists and your argument that something( our universe) CAN'T come from nothing is no longer valid.

The only difference between an atheists viewpoint and creationists is the middleman, God. We both agree something can come from nothing with the only difference being....

Creationist: Nothing=God=Everything in Existence

Atheist: Nothing=Everything in Existence
