The use of the faculty restroom was a very wise compromise by the school administration. All too often we hear about school administrators that follow the rules to a fault rather than using their own judgement. Its truly a shame that this family tried to extort money from such a BS lawsuit when the school was so understanding and flexible. I am sympathetic to those with gender identity issues, but what else could the school have done?
