Yep, I can't wait to see the massive fail when nothing happens

I recently wrote a book about End Times Bible prophecy, and compare it to other relevant info from the Maya, Egypt, India, etc. I conclude that Bible prophecy indicates the start of the seven year tribulation at the same time the Mayan Long Count ends on December 21, 2012. That is not coincidence or a bogus attempt to sell books, it is because they both use astronomical events to tell us future dates. End Times Bible prophecy is best understood through an astronomical interpretation of an ancient Jewish wedding ceremony, which clearly points to December 2019. Subtract 7 years, to the day, from what so many Bible passages point to, and we have the tribulation starting 12/21/2012. For more info, see:

Q: Your date for Judgment Day in 2019 is seven years off from the date most people are talking about. What do you expect to happen when the Mayan Calendar ends on December 21, 2012?

A: Their calendar doesn't really end on that date any more than ours ended on December 31, 1999. It's more like the point when an odometer flips from all nines to all zeros. But the ancient Maya did expect world-changing events to begin at this time. This date is the end of the Mayan Long Count -- the largest (5125 year) cycle within their calendar. Their calendar will start over with a new Long Count cycle just like we start a new year in January. But the Maya did believe this point in time would mark the end of the world as we know it and the transition to a new world. They viewed the transitional years from 2012-2019 as the first years of the new system of things in the next world, while the Bible describes these transitional years as the last years of the world we know now.

After completing my research, I must conclude that December 21, 2012 is the start of the seven year tribulation, with Judgment Day at the end of 2019. It might sound crazy before major events happen, but at least one world-changing event will happen very soon, and I think the most likely scenario to unfold in late 2012 that would clearly match prophecy perfectly would be for a short but major war between Israel and her Islamic enemies followed by a cease fire and a seven year peace treaty starting approximately 12/21/12.

Are your dates correct on your title???

Nothing will happen the 21st propably but I can't say for sure. No one can know for sure. The destruction of our planet can begin tomorrow for all we know. It's also a possibility that Project Blue Beam will begin on 21/12/2012 with the "discovery", stage 1.
I know what I will be doing the 21st. I will sit on my porch with a cup of coffee and my laptop beside me playing some lovely end of the world music. It will be fun :D

Reasons to think this may happen? ..

No other date in our human earth history has been so significant since the beginning of our existence here. It is a date that all ancient civilizations, Maya, Native American, Indian, Atlantian, Sumerian, etc have all agreed we are coming to the end of an age, be it the evolution of our planet or the sentient being that reside here, or could be a shift to another dimensional existence. Just a total reset of the whole system of life on this planet as we know it. Polar shift, alignment with the plane of the milky way galaxy, winter solstice, entering the age of Aquarius...and on and on, take your pick or take a minute of to think of all the manmade disasters that can take place. Whew! Ok or maybe nothing and we wait until June or July 2013 for an asteroid strike and a coastal flooding event in the southern hemisphere, increase in oceanic depth so once again coastal lines change. Ok I will stop now, if I think of anything else I will chime in again. Thanks love to all in these crazy ass times.
