Autistic children punished with electric shocks

This is probably old news for some but I just saw this on the Swedish newspaper "Aftonbladet". Aftonbladet reports that some children have died as a result of these electric shocks, and this method is completely legal!

The video shows a child getting electroshocked, pretty painful to watch. No subtitles unfortunately but some of it is in English though.
