Get out in the sun and get a good dose of vitamin D. The sun has gotten a bad rap over the last 25 years. The fact is, humans NEED sun. It promotes better health. Like all else, everything in moderation. Don't get burned. Everyone knows when he or she has gotten enough sun. Use common sense. Enjoy.
Quoting: Thorz Hamster Sun in the cold winter days up north, more often than not is very hard to come by. Also, who wants to be in the sun when it's 10 degrees outside? I'd rather take the pill, so would many. Quoting: natasha77 The minute I catch a glimpse of the sun I am off out on my bike, unfortunately the only part of me that is visible are my eyeballs, not good for vitamin D intake. Quoting: joncon Actually I read something where most Vitamin D is absorbed through the eyelids.
