Zimmerman pulled and used his side arm when he felt he was going to lose ... His life.
The age or cultural backround of the suspect were not the cause of suspicion the acts he was responsible forand his actions are.
Testimony states that eyewitness watched a fight where Martin persistently and with malice attacked Zimmerman .
