it was literally on my ceileing the way I was looking at it and it reminded me of lattice work with red and blue lights going on and off in the holes.. there was a really sweet feminine quality to the presence and they just basically comforted me and showed me some energy tricks ;p

I saw a small girl sitting on my counter watching me and laughing and stuff.. then she made some adjustments on my guitar amp etc..

oh ya and the dark sun is what I knew her as.. I had a girl friend nicknamed darksunny long ago so I thought it might be part of her spirit.
