i'll agree with brief on this one. the cops dont know if your guilty, but if you run away from them, you sure as hell look guilty. imagine someone breaks into your house and gets back out before you get to them. you see someone running through your yard, are you gonna politely ask that they stop and explain themselves? or are you gonna assume the asshole running from you is responsible, and take them down at all costs? yes of course the cops fucked up majorly, but it wouldn't have happened if they didn't act suspicious.
