Criminals of course aren't affected.

California has become its own country, most people think guns are regulated more then other states. But California is bigger then 5 states put together.

it is a deep shame for the dire state of the music industry that Californians aren't buying records at a record rate.

Here's how simple thee ccw thing is in CA:
If you live in a county with majority white people ( example Calveras, Butte, Amador, Alpine and a few others NO PROBLEMO!)

If you live in a county with allotta blacks and Mexicans- fergeddaboudit!
( example Alameda, LA, San Diego etc)

Gun control is and always has been about disarming minorities.
That's a fact.

Sacramento (lotta troublesome blacks and Asians ) is the exception to the rule, they were sued by Calguns.net attorneys and sued personally the sheriff to force him to go shall issue. Other counties may soon be forced by litigation to go shall issue.

CA law has a rarely mentioned exemption for legal concealed carry- if you have a hunting or fishing license you can carry unloaded concealed on " the way to or from a fishing/hunting expedition and you can carry loaded concealed while hunting/ fishing. I'm unemployed so I'm ALWAYs hunting and fishing!!!
