No, way too much randomness for anyone to plan in detail.

I think the modern world was designed to collapse to bring about a one world government, mark of the beast, yada yada yada.

However I have great faith in a higher power and the ineptitude of man. Best laid plans of mice and men... doomed to fail by a higher design.

Lots of room for failure. Anything as hierarchical and secretive as they have been plotting for so many generations is bound to have a serious flaw.

It will be entertaining to say the least.
