Yes. There is a respiratory thing rampant down here in the southeast. Some schools have closed so that they can disinfect. The side effects are bacterial infections of the lungs (which ends up as either pneumonia or bronchitis) and might also be ear or sinus infections. For some it goes on for weeks. I just recently got over mine. The antibiotics knocked out the bacterial lung infection but the persistent cough remained due to inflammation. Finally asthma meds for a couple of weeks(Advair and albuterol inhalers) mostly got rid of it - just a minor cough every now and again. I had it for two months! I take vitamin D and other immune supplements, eat well, exercise, and I still caught it. The augmentin seems to be the best antibiotic for the bacterial part of it. They had me on 850 mg horse pills.

It's nothing to take lightly, either. We've had healthy young people drop dead of pneumonia.

Hmm. Very interesting... Happened to my wife, kid and wife's mother too. While they did not really get very sick, it was just persistent coughing that won't go away. They had to see a doctor and got antibiotic and albuterol treatment. I caught something but got over it without needing to see a doctor. It sure was strange thing. I thought it was just us.

Seriously, it works. I had a persistent cough last year and I was in the liquor store coughing, the clerk said I needed some Jager, it would cure my cough. Well I bought some, and it is not expensive, and took about half a shot and BAM no more cough, came back later did it again, no more cough...after about 3 days of Jager my cough...which I had had for about 3 months stopped. So now I keep the stuff around. It is really yummy too! :)

Just this year, I had a pretty bad cold, took Jager every couple of hours and the next day...no more cough or cold. It is made of tons of herbs an flowers, must be something to it.

Besides, it taste yummy! :) and if it does not help you, well, at least you will care less that your ill because it is yummy and makes you feel good.

have talked w/ many here and we all believe our persistent cough has to do with chem spraying.

by the way when I increased vit c and d dosages started to improve. still taking c and d. still coughing but less.

allergies? I think the fact that most places have not had a good deep freeze has increased the allergens in the air we breathe.

Oh yeah I forgot about the weather and allergies. We will see a cold blast in a few days for my area finally.

Same here in Northeast. Bunch of different family members caught it and still feeling light effects. Was sick, but only for a day or two, the rest were sick for a few months.

Many still have a light cough. A couple have kept the cough, and developed ear issues as cited.

If there is no fever or fatigue......it is probably not a virus or bacteria.


There is a lot of it going around up here as well.....including with myself and family.


Atypical chronic cough......most probably caused by particulates in the air.


In my opinion......it is from the planes spraying overhead.......aluminum dust.


I have found that Spriulina and Chlorella are helpful. They bind to the particles and help the body get rid of them. Turns a dry cough into a productive cough......so that you can spit it out. You will also sneeze it out and poop it out.

I'm right there with all of you.

I'm known for rarely getting so much as a sniffle, but some "bug" got the better of me a couple months back and to be quite honest, I haven't felt the same since.

It started in my left ear and worked its way to my throat, then ended up in my chest.

Because of all of this, my left ear "pops" when I swallow.

I have never had such a long streak of hacking up greyish-green stuff, mostly after waking up in the AM. Thankfully, the "hacking" has been subsiding and things are feeling a lot closer to normal for me, with exception to my ear, which pops too often for comfort.

ABOUT 2 WEEKS AGO THE SPRAYING (CHEMTRAILS) HAD BEEN HEAVY HERE. WAS OUT SIDE AND THEY WERE SPRAYING DIRECTLY ABOVE ME & LOW. THAT NIGHT I HAD A SORE THROAT AND GOT OVER IT. THE SPRAYING CONTINUED AND I HAVE HAD A COUGH EVER SINCE. WHEN I HEAR THE PLANE ENGINES AT LATE HOURS OF THE MORNING GOING OVER I LISTEN. USUALLY ABOUT ONE EVERY 20 MINUTES. SOMETIMES I SMELL LIKE BURNING WIRE AFTER THE PLANE HAS PASSED OVER. IF ITS CLOUDY THEY ARE ABOVE THE CEILING AND I KNOW THAT SPRAYING IS TAKING PLACE. BUT NOT FOR THE GOOD. I PRAY FOR THEM CAUSE THATS ALL ONE CAN DO...............

Every day - a productive cough, all right.

Cloudy and incredibly strong and sticky, with small yellow globules now and then.

Sometimes morning, afternoon, and bedtime... three times every day.

I have zapped recently (Hulda Clark, ref.), and the coughing has decreased, but if I do not zap, it's right back again.
Obviously, I have to get serious and do this -- zaping for a few hours at a time as instructed (half and hour on, and half an hour off).

But I have had a benign morning cough for many years. Now, however, it is worrisome.

I have never smoked, but I grew up in a home where a pall of cigarette smoke hung over everything all the time. I also grew up in a smoggy city.

Coughing for half an hour after you start your day, is bizarre.

I have noticed that in the past 5 years or so there have been a flood of products that have come on the market for 'mucous' so it must be a prevalent and increasing problem.

I have had asthma like symptoms that mysteriously appeared a couple of months ago. It includes a cough, and sometimes very thick mucous. I'm in Texas. Lots of chemtrails where I live.

However with particulates from the air.......the immune system does not recognize these as invaders.....as it does with a virus or bacteria.


Therefore, the immune system will not attack particulates injested into the lungs.


However, there are other products that can help the body get rid of these particulates.

The Russians found the high doses of Spirulina help children recover from radiation sickness.


Spirulina is an algae..........and a food. It is not a drug. It was once felt that this could alleviate world hunger........but the spot light for some reason turned away from it.


I like Spirulina and Chlorella to help the body get rid of particulates. There are probably other remedies as well.....and people can mention them to help people out with this.

Sometimes I do and sometimes it does sound kind of bad. And I can eat and for the most part work fine so wouldnt say Im particularly unhealthy. Maybe its the result of breathing in an allergen that doesnt agree with you.

That's a myth. I looked into it a few years and it turned out to be total bullshit.

The treatment for vitamin D deficiency is one 50,000 IU a week for 2-3 months so it makes no sense why 4,000 IU a day would cause toxicity.

Yes! It started around the last week of August and I haven't been able to get rid of it. I've hit it with just about everything you can think of...vitamin D3, colloidal silver, vitamin c, oregano oil, olive leaf, echinacea, homemade chicken bone broth, mullein, cherry bark and elderberry, just to name a few, and nothing has worked. My husband has it too. We live a healthy lifestyle and have done so for over 20 years. Neither one of us ever thought we'd have such trouble getting rid of a cough.
