a good way to hide the truth is to just blatenly tell the truth, it will be so far fetched that no one would believe it.

He was messing around in the sense that what he just disclosed is close to but nothing compared to what is truly going on. The other interesting thing is the fact that what he disclosed is what is already widely alluded to or in circulation about the presence of Alien life forms and briefcase nukes being handed over from one president to the other.

In reality, there are real life-long controllers and the presidents are puppets who answer to a greater power structure above them and even in other dimensions which effect our reality.

So you can say in a sense, he actually told you the truth (more like truth for dummies) about the fact that there are Alien life forms (but not including the fact that we are aliens) and also not the truth about the presidential codes and brief case nukes.

You see, above the 4 year 2 term presidents are military commanders of 40 years above and above them are hereditary Kings and Queens and above them are hierarchies of Religious Leaders and above them are dimensional beings and entities. So you see, the president is there to look good for the cameras but you can tell a lot about the agenda by his actions but he doesn't really control things as we have been led to believe.

The truth of our existence, the nature of reality and our true history is far beyond what most people can comprehend.

So what he said could be construed as a joke if you are blind to or already aware about what I stated above.

It can equally be taken seriously as a means of him making the public aware of what could potential unravel very soon. But as per the truth or whole truth? You'll have to go digging for that yourselves, nobody is gonna give it to you on a platter of gold. We don't deserve that much and they don't owe us that much or anything for that matter.
