pretty much nothin
my new thing is mustard sandwiches. they are so good and so easy. i just take a slice of bread and squeeze a liberal amount of mustard on it and fold in half and eat like a sub. it is real cool now that there are so many different kinds of mustard to choose from and most of them have mainly natural ingredients like tumeric and honey and paprica or even peppers plus of course the vinegar. they sure do satisfy a craving somehow. let's hope for a good day uall.

Re: pretty much nothin
tea and coffee for me. nearly always keep a pan of oolong tea ready to drink. i use a big ole saucepan and bring the water to a boil then turn it off and gently place the oolong tea bag in the hot water. dont do no dunkin since it seems to bring out acidity or something that makes the tea less enjoyable. just leave the bag in there for a few minutes then take it out. that makes a perfect tea every time. no sweetener is needed either since the oolong has a natural subtle sweetness. started adding a wedge of squeezed lemon too which even makes it more pleasant. mmmmm now thats my cupatea.

Re: pretty much nothin
another nice thing about the oolong tea is the price. around these parts a box of 100 bags can be had for under $5. so one big pot of tea for the day costs less than a dime and it is truly enjoyable. been doing that for years so must have saved a fortune in beverage costs so far.

Re: pretty much nothin
not sure about the two weeks thing. was at the store the other night and they had a special on black pepper which is normally fairly expensive so i bought 5 at the give away price. that supply should last a long time. when thinking about it later maybe it was an expression of hope for the future. plus i like pepper and could not believe the deal. perhaps i will try a mustard and pepper sandwich. it sounds good.

women who do cotton thread crochet are heroes. what an amazing skill to produce a big crochet round or square with an intricate pattern. it is lost art of yesteryear. hears to the great ladies that still enjoy being patient artists.

so what is the point of life? what are we supposed to learn or is learning even important. whats the big achievement that matters or is achievement even important? wonder what it is all about and what it means and what really matters? it just seems like this is so not enough.

other than simple pleasures i cant say i have even enjoyed life. for that matter i really despise it. there is just too much confusion from the very earliest ages. so much evil to contend with from the very beginning. it seems that nothing can turn out right as much as you want it to. there has to be better than this.

well i took in a good bit of that tonight. walking in the woods right after sunset with dog. stars out bright and winter nature all around. so stark yet with it's own fragrances and peacefulness. but the highway was still roaring a mile away. if only the physical was not so limiting and demanding. want to escape and know a better future free from the complexity and confusion of it all.

thanks for that. comfort food. been glutenized forever. cant shake it. ever try cookie cakes. just buy some cake frosting whatever kind u like best like chocolate fudge or cream cheese, then get your favorite cookie and use it to dip in the frosting or just coat the cookie with it and enjoy. cant help it. just too easy i guess and even the cheap cookies taste great when covered with frosting.
