get caught what? It's not illegal to go buy smokes on the reserve?!

It's only illegal to sell them (or move them over borders) maybe if you only buy 1 carton at a time or something like that?? im not sure - I know tourists passing thru can buy a couple packs or cartons no prob,, but usually any white man who does not live on the reserve will get busted for "contraband cigarettes" as soon as he leaves the reserve with the cigs,, happens all the time around here im in niagara falls ny,we can go to the res anytime and buy anything,cheaper gas,cigs $25 carton,i didnt know canada was so restricted like that
