lol i came in here to write yoga too. i have had lower back issues for 10 years from motor vehicle accidents. yoga stretches all muscle groups but it also opens the hips. tight hips (from sitting too much at our computers) leads to lower back pain. also, the more efficient your spine is, the more efficient your whole body is. you keep your spine healthy by stretching it.
