I've always been pretty regular, but over the past few days I've been shitting my brains out, and not solid shit I'm talking about the hershey squirty that just explode out of your ass and make a white toiley look black

I get cramps, have to literally RUN to bathroom, explodes gas, lots of mucus, sometimes no poop. Urge to go makes me sit there for a while. It's been bad bad bad some days. For the last 2 weeks this has been happening. Makes me wanna die almost. It's been that awful and it seems there's nothing I can do. All the symptoms point to IBS.
