Googled 'facebook down' and refined search by 'past 24 hours', only 4 messages in the past few minutes, after that 1 hour ago. It's probably server crash, which means those countries isp's that use those servers to access FB will not be able to access it, for at least untill they activate a backup or something. i'm just thinking out loud here :)
