Is it Possible For Dumb People to shut up long enough to listen to wise Advise?

Wise advice from people who have been there and done that and were very successful?

The problem is getting smart people to talk. Most rich and smart people don't talk much. They listen to egomaniac losers and learn how to own them because most people who talk too much tell smart people exactly how they can be owned.

Dumb asses who have never done a damn thing in their miserable lives will not shut the hell up. How do they jibber jabber on for hour after hour about absolutely nothing? Don't they have any shame? Don't they understand that people get tired of hearing them prattle on for no apparent reason? When you first look at them you suspect they are morons and then they open their mouths and remove all doubts.
