It was all fake, but I do not believe the seals on the ground knew that. The guys on the Carl Vinson dumped something in the ocean, they had no clue either. Anonymous Coward User ID: 29626157 United States 12/11/2012 10:27 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I really like the fake death theory. Those guys (and their families) deserve a normal life, which they will never have as long as their role in the Bin Laden execution is known. A new start would be decent. So that can't be it, they must be knocking them off... |

At any given time, SEAL TEAM 6 which technically does not exist anymore, but ok I will go with it just to keep it familiar. But at any given time, team 6 could have 5 members or it could have 50 members. They pull from a pool of hundreds of sailors to form a team to do a specific job. Once the job is complete they go back into the pool until needed again. |
Hard Truths User ID: 16172614 United States 12/11/2012 10:30 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | First, They never, ever put 30... get that? 30 seal team members on ONE helicopter when doing a mission. Never. So the entire Chinook heli story is pure psyop. They work in groups of 3's. Second, the entire "seal team 6" raid on Bin Laden is, has and always will be a fairy tale made up for one purpose. That purpose was to get the American brain dead sheeple's attention away from the fact that Donald Trump was pulling every string he could to prove our white house puppet is NOT an American citizen. While eveyone was dazed and in "awe" of the fake death of an already 10 yr dead Bin Laden our white house puppet had all his birth information LEGALLY SEALED in a vault in Hawaii. Thats a fact. The attempt at making it look as if a seal team member had written a book that the DOJ did not approve is nothing more then a way to spread disinfo, making it seem as if a "raid" actually did happen. Had a REAL navy seal written a book about any mission... much less the supposed biggest mission ever WE would have never seen or known about the book and the seal would be "terminated". So the answer to this post is this... Those who where involved in the big lie are being suicided in order to assure they keep their blabber shut. The entire event was nothing more then a way to divert the attention away from the fact our president is not American. |

These teams have hundreds of members each and each member has a specialty, whatever that may be. HVAC, electrical, computers, what ever. It seems the misconception that these teams are small with 10-20 members. The fact is they use what they need. If it takes one SEAL to do the job, they only send one. If it takes 100 then they send 100. Come on. What is so hard about that. I really don't know where your information came from but its incorrect. I have worked with all manners of military, seal teams usually consist of a 16 man platoon, and it takes 6 teams to make up a team around 96 plus you have support people that also work with them. In all around 107 to 120 people per team. You can even find that data on websites all over the internet, example. [link to www.sealswcc.com] [link to en.wikipedia.org] You are correct in that they use the assests they need to, if it one man they use one man, if its dicey more to make sure the mission is accomplished. |
Thor's Hamster User ID: 27903105 United States 12/11/2012 10:55 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The number of U.S. Navy SEALs from SEAL Team 6 who participated in the "Bin Laden" raid (cough! cough!) in Abbottabad, Pakistan roughly corresponds to the number of SEAL Team 6 members who died in a Chinook helicopter crash (including the military dog, by the way) in eastern Afghanistan 3 months later on August 6, 2011....which, by the way, is 10 years to the day from the infamous "August 6 (2001) Presidential Daily Briefing memo" which preemptively laid blame on Bin Laden for the strike in America that would come just 5 weeks later on 9/11. I consider "9/11" to be a tidy 10-year (to the day) operation (as far as PUBLIC CONSUMPTION is concerned) -- August 6, 2001 to August 6, 2011. Thor's Hamster User ID: 27903105 United States 12/11/2012 11:00 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | According to CFR member and FP colombist David Rothkopf, for 3-5 million dollars a multinational corporation can RENT a seal team for whatever they want. I don't even think the seals realize what thy are doing half the time. They just tell them it's "bad guys" and they go kill them. Geopolitically speaking they're just mecinaries who sometimes do good things for their country but a lot of times do shit for the highest bidder Don't get mad at me. Take it up with Rothkopf. I think you make a good point. And I think we could categorize our entire military and foreign policy that way if we go back deep enough into the halls of power, and see what influence is being used and by whom. For my example, I am not including the support aspect, only the operators. |
